Do you need to apostille your Criminal Background Check?
The most common background check we apostille is the FBI Background Check. FBI background checks include a summary of your criminal history. The FBI compiles criminal history, sometimes called a “rap sheet”, through information gathered from fingerprint matches obtained through federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
We recommend that you first start by contacting an FBI Channeler. If the FBI Channeler is unable to help (Example: Non-US Citizen), please contact the FBI directly. We can provide you a list of recommended FBI Channelers and a direct link to the FBI website.
If you have received your FBI background check in a digital format (PDF copy) from the FBI Channeler or FBI, go ahead and email it to us with the completed FBI apostille order form and payment. If you have received your FBI background by regular mail (Hard copy), go ahead and mail it to our Washington DC office with our order forms. We can process a digital PDF copy or a hard copy. It’s your choice.
