The document should clearly state that it is a Special Power of Attorney and specify the particular powers and responsibilities you wish to grant to the agent in the Philippines. These powers could include handling property transactions, managing bank accounts, representing you in legal matters, or performing other specific tasks.
- Include necessary details: The SPA should include your full name, address, and contact information as the principal, as well as the full name, address, and contact information of the agent or attorney-in-fact in the Philippines. - Transmit the SPA: After the authentication is obtained, you can send the original document to your agent in the Philippines via a secure method, such as international courier or registered mail. It’s also a good idea to keep a copy of the SPA for your records.
